Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Fly High Kites website and any purchase from us. Fly High Kites is a sole proprietorship owned by Rev.DJ Dee, 2710 Ave D, San Leon, TX 77539. Our store runs on Shopify. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms.

Ordering

  • Right now: orders are taken by phone, text, email, or our contact page. Call or text 8324256816 or email flyhighkites2710@gmail.com. An order is confirmed once we reply to confirm it and the price.
  • Later: when online checkout opens, you'll pay through PayPal Business at checkout.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed wrong. If you already paid, we'll refund you.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and can change. Texas sales tax is added where it applies.

Shipping and pickup

  • We ship from San Leon, TX. Shipping costs are figured from your address and the size of your order. We never offer free shipping.
  • Local pickup (Will Call) is free at 2710 Ave D, San Leon, TX 77539. Email flyhighkites2710@gmail.com to set a pickup time.
  • Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. If a package is lost or damaged, it's handled through the carrier's claim process, and we'll help you file the claim.

Returns

Unused kites in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Send a note first. Buyer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return.

Product info

We try hard to describe kites accurately, including size, wind range, and specs from the makers (Premier Kites and HQ Kites). Colors on screen can look a little different in person.

Flying safely

Kites, and power kites especially, can pull hard. Follow the maker's instructions, stay clear of power lines, roads, airports, and people, and supervise kids. You fly at your own risk.

Site content

Text, photos, and logos on this site belong to Fly High Kites or the brands we carry. Please don't copy them without permission.

Limits on liability

To the extent Texas law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid for it. We aren't responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Galveston County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
