Returns

Unused kites in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Send a note first. Buyer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost or damaged, it's handled through the carrier's claim process, and we'll help you file the claim.
